Welcome Back!

Hey friends!!!

I have not posted on my blog since November of 2021! I was shocked when I saw that! Since the last time I posted a blog, I have started dating someone, gotten married, moved states, landed my dream job, bought a house, and adopted many new hobbies! In that time I have written continuously, but a spirit of "not good enough" keeps it all saved in my drafts for no one to see. Not anymore! In the past 4 months or so I have felt really inspired and encouraged by God with several different topics. I have written and drafted many blogs that I have scheduled to be going out once a month! I've planned what a lot of their cover photos and in-post photos will be too. It's been such a fun and creative few months, and I'm really excited about this!

In preparation, I have completely revamped my page! I changed colors and photos, made new topic bars for you, and even changed my name!

You may formerly know me as AGROWINGFLOWER. I chose that name for my blog when I was 21 and it felt right for a long time. However, with my revamp and new interests and direction and inspiration, I wanted something new to describe what you could find here!

When I was deciding on the new name I was tied between CINNAMONANDSABBATH and THERESHONEYINTHEBREAD. I LOVED the latter, but it was too many characters long, ha! So CINNAMONANDSABBATH won! Inspired by my new love for baking sourdough treats, and my greatest love for the Lord and all the good He provides for us!

On this blog moving forward, you'll find lessons I'm learning, bible verses that are changing my life, recipes that I'm obsessed with, and books I'm currently reading.

This blog is a hobby and creative outlet for me, one that I'm very passionate about! I feel like God places a topic on my heart and the rest just flows out, and I feel the need to share it with other people! The sole purpose of this blog is to share the joy, love, and grace of Jesus Christ. If one person reads it and feels that, that's enough for me!
